Bid 1: The highest budget price of street lamp poles and lamps is 411,400 yuan. Section 2: The maximum budget price of wires and cables is 1.02 million yuan. The relevant information is hereby notified as follows:
1. Qualification conditions that suppliers should have
1. Qualified suppliers must comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:
A. Have the ability to bear civil liability independently;
B. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
C. Have the equipment and professional technical skills required to perform the contract;
D. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;
E. In the three years prior to participating in this government procurement activity, there were no major illegal records in the business activities;
F, other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
2.1 Mark 1: The registered capital of the street lamp pole bidder must reach 600,000 yuan (including 600,000 yuan) of street lamp manufacturers;

4. Payment method and time payment method: The winning bidder will pay 30% after signing the contract, 60% after the goods are accepted and 100%, and the remaining 10% will be paid in one year as the warranty period.
