CCOB is here! Two-color mixed light application upgrade

LED semiconductor lighting network COB because it is easier to achieve dimming, high brightness and other characteristics, can solve the problem of chromatic aberration, multiple side spots, etc., has been widely used in the field of hotel and commercial store lighting. COB packaging has gradually become the mainstream of the market, and various domestic and international manufacturers have successively launched a variety of new COB products.

With the gradual maturity of COB technology, in the fierce market, some domestic manufacturers of COB packaging devices can compete with foreign companies in performance.

On the technical side, the domestic LED package giants have never stopped the innovation of packaging technology and packaging technology. Recently, a two-color COB light source with uniform cross-distribution composite package has begun to be applied in the market, called CCOB.

Why is it called CCOB? Among them, the first "C" contains the meaning of Compound & Cross:

1. Cross: cross (different color temperature light-emitting chips evenly distributed)

2. Compound: composite (using a flip chip structure, a bare chip unit and at least one wrapped chip unit formed by covering a surface of the bare chip unit with a first phosphor layer, and then covering the above by a second phosphor layer) Chip units make them combine to form different color temperatures)

In order to understand the dimming color performance of CCOB in more detail, the inventor of Guangzhou Tianxin Optoelectronics provided samples for evaluation.

Through the fluorescent glue, it can be seen that the CCOB lamp beads encapsulated in the COB light source are yellow and white, 22 yellow beads (low color temperature) and 22 white beads (high color temperature), arranged at intervals.

The lowest color temperature file is measured by a smart spectrometer (lighting passport) and the data is measured:

The color is very positive, the national standard requires Duv <0.005, the lamp is -0.0032, which meets the standard requirements.

There is almost no stroboscopic, suitable for indoor space that stays for a long time.

When the color temperature position is unchanged, the dimming is good. The color temperature difference measured by the instrument is 115K. The lower the brightness, the higher the stroboscopic percentage, the highest is 1.7%, within the acceptable range (standard recommended value < 6.2% at 185 Hz).

Compare the actual color temperature, illuminance, color rendering index, and strobe percentage by adjusting the controller color temperature scale and brightness.

â–² While adjusting the brightness position, the measured data, color temperature, color rendering index, and strobe percentage have small changes. The color rendering and strobe of each gear are good.

Through evaluation, we verified the good light color quality and light mixing performance of CCOB.

Note: The data of the evaluation product shows that the invention patent application of the product has been accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office and entered the substantive examination stage. And passed the third-party testing and certification, obtained the LM-80 test report, the report shows that the product performance is stable, the light efficiency maintenance rate is high.
