Dry Photo Optoelectronics plans to expand its GaAs-based red-orange-orange LEDs and solar cell capacity by using ASI's various AIX 2800G4-TM cluster systems.
It is reported that Ai Siqiang intends to deliver related products between the third quarter of 2018 and the first quarter of 2019. All ordered production systems are available in a 15x4 inch wafer configuration for maximum throughput and highest quality levels.
