High-voltage inverter operation and maintenance precautions

Inverter general installation environment requirements: minimum ambient temperature -5 °C, maximum ambient temperature 40 °C. A large number of studies have shown that the failure rate of the inverter rises exponentially with increasing temperature, and the service life decreases exponentially with increasing temperature. When the ambient temperature rises by 10°C, the service life of the inverter will be reduced by half. In addition, the operation of the inverter is good and has a great relationship with the degree of environmental cleanliness. In the summer, it is the frequent occurrence period of the inverter fault. Only through good maintenance work can the equipment failure be reduced. Please pay attention to the user.

During the maintenance of high-voltage frequency inverters in summer, attention should be paid to the temperature of the inverter's installation environment. Regularly clean the internal dust of the inverter to ensure the smoothness of the cooling air path. Strengthen inspections to improve the surrounding environment of inverters, motors and lines. Check whether the terminal blocks are fastened to ensure the correct and reliable connection of each electrical circuit and prevent unnecessary shutdown accidents.

1. Matters needing attention for daily inspections 1.1. Carefully monitor and record the display parameters on the inverter's man-machine interface, and find that abnormalities should be immediately reflected.

1.2, carefully monitor and record the ambient temperature of the inverter room, the ambient temperature should be between -5 °C ~ 40 °C. The temperature rise of the phase-shifting transformer must not exceed 130°C.

1.3 When the summer temperature is high, the ventilation and heat dissipation of the inverter installation site should be strengthened. Make sure that the surrounding air does not contain excessive amounts of dust, acids, salts, corrosive and explosive gases.

1.4 In summer, it is a rainy season. Rainwater should be prevented from entering the inverter (for example, the rain enters the air outlet of the duct).

1.5. The filter screen on the frequency converter cabinet door should normally be cleaned once a week; if the working environment has more dust, the cleaning interval should also be shortened according to the actual situation.

1.6. In the normal operation of the inverter, a standard thickness A4 paper should be able to be firmly adsorbed on the air inlet filter outlet of the cabinet door.

1.7, frequency conversion room must be kept clean and tidy, should be cleaned at any time according to the actual situation at the scene.

1.8. The ventilation and lighting of the frequency conversion room must be good. The ventilation and heat dissipation equipment (air conditioning, ventilation fan, etc.) can operate normally.

2. Items needing maintenance after the inverter is stopped 2.1. Clean the inside and outside of the inverter cabinet with a vacuum cleaner with a plastic nozzle to ensure that there is no excessive dust around the device.

2.2. Check the ventilation and lighting equipment of the inverter room to ensure that the ventilation equipment can operate normally.

2.3. Check that the connection between the cables inside the inverter should be correct and reliable.

2.4 Check that all grounding in the inverter cabinet should be reliable and that there is no rust on the grounding point.

2.5. Each connecting nut of the internal cable of the inverter shall be tightened once every six months (internal).

2.6 When the inverter resumes operation after a long shutdown, the insulation of the inverter (including the phase-shifting transformer and the main circuit of the bypass cabinet) shall be measured. A 2500V megohmmeter shall be used. Only after passing the test insulation can the frequency converter be started.

2.7. Check the tightness of all electrical connections and check whether there are abnormal discharge traces on each circuit, whether there are strange smells, discoloration, cracks, or damage.

2.8 After every maintenance of the inverter, carefully check for missing screws and wires to prevent the short circuit accident caused by small metal objects. In particular, after making major changes to the electrical circuit, it is ensured that the connection of the electrical connection line is correct and reliable, and the occurrence of the "reverse transmission" accident is prevented.
