3. The cable from the encoder to the PG card must be secure and accurate.
4. After confirming that the brake is opened, the elevator will not slip (can lift the car or balance the load state);
5. Adjust the inverter parameters: A04=1 (default 1, it must be consistent with the motherboard parameter settings);
B11=1 (the host speed must be set to 1 below 100);
C02=0;
C13=1;
E01=1;
E02=number of poles;
E03=rated voltage;
E04= rated speed;
E05=rated current;
E09=0 (default is HEIDENHAIN 1387) encoder type;
E10=2048; (other parameters do not need to be changed, keep the factory value)
6. Set A03=4; then check the signal to the control cabinet, the control system will give the inverter direction signal, enable signal;
If the D1 and D2 lights of the inverter operator are on, monitor the U14 parameters, it must be increased, otherwise replace the V and W phases of the inverter output;
If the D1 and D3 lights of the inverter operator are on, monitor the U14 parameters, it must be reduced, otherwise replace the V and W phases of the inverter output;
If there is no change in the U14 parameter, check if the brake is open, or if the brake is released, the voltage is not enough to maintain the voltage of the brake;
7. After the setting is completed, A03=3, the encoder position after tuning is in U15, repeating 6. 3 to 4 times. If the parameter after setting is within -10...+10, set A03 to 0;
8. Check the test run, the main unit rotates normally, then the setting is completed.

8. Check the test run, the main unit rotates normally, then the setting is completed.
