3. Time for requesting bidding documents: February 25, 2009 to March 4, 2009 (working hours). The bid must be accompanied by RMB Yuan as a bid bond. The bid bond only accepts bank transfer and wire transfer (the tender number must be marked on the wire transfer voucher), and the cash payment is not accepted, and the bidder must ensure that the bid bond arrives at the government procurement center within the specified time (the deposit must arrive at the government procurement center account before the bid opening). The bidder shall submit the bank receipt or other valid payment certificate to the Wuyishan Municipal Government Procurement Center for verification, and then submit the tender in accordance with the e-mail address in the registration letter provided by the bidder. The tender is a dollar (must be with the company account and does not accept cash).
5. Bidder qualification requirements:
(1) Domestic suppliers with legal personality who are capable of providing the services described in this bidding document;
(2) Comply with the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Procurement.

6. Deadline for submission of bids: Submitted to the Wuyishan Municipal Government Procurement Center before the opening of the bid on March 6, 2009 (Beijing time) at 15:30 pm. Late submissions or non-compliant bid documents will be rejected.
7. Bid Opening Time: March 6th, 2009 (Beijing time) at 15:30 pm.

9. If the bidder has doubts about the bidding documents, he/she must submit the questions to the Wuyishan Municipal Government Procurement Center in writing before the deadline of 3 days for the bidding deadline. The question of verbally submitting the questions and clarifications will not be accepted.
