Freescale's MPC5668x series are Qorivva dual-core 32-bit MCUs that integrate FlexRay, Ethernet and media local bus. MPC5668x series adopts 32-bit CPU core (e200z650) compatible with Power Architecture (Power Architecture), the rate is up to 116MHz, 2MB flash memory, Nexus Development Interface (NDI) and IEEE-ISTO 5001-2003, mainly used in automotive gateways and vehicle body control modules And central gateway.

The 32-bit Qorivva MPC5668G MCU uses dual-core Power Architecture technology to connect all the communication protocols found for the automotive field at a single point. MPC5668G Evaluation Board
The MPC5668 evaluation board (hereinafter referred to as EVB) provides a simple method for customer evaluation of MPC5668 series microcontrollers, and can promote hardware and software development.
The MPC5668 series adopts 208MAPBGA package. The 256MAPBGA package that supports Nexus debugging can also be used for development.
EVB is mainly for test benches/laboratories and has adopted the normal temperature specified by the components. (+70°C). Main features of MPC5668G evaluation board
