1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the lighting measurement method for outdoor lighting places.
This standard applies to the measurement of outdoor lighting such as roads, sports tasting squares. Other outdoor places (such as port terminals, apron, etc.) can also be used as reference.

3 measuring instruments
3.1 Illuminance meter
3.1.1 For illuminance measurement of outdoor lighting, a primary illuminance meter should be used. For illuminance measurement of road and plaza lighting, an illuminance meter capable of reading 0.1 lx should be used.
3.1.2 The calibration of the illuminometer shall comply with the provisions of JJG 245.
3.2 Luminance meter
3.2.1 The brightness measurement is best to use the first-level brightness meter. When only the average brightness is required, the integral brightness meter can be used. In addition to measuring the average brightness, it is also required to obtain the total brightness uniformity and the brightness uniformity. The telescope's luminance meter should have a viewing angle of less than or equal to 2 in the vertical direction and 2-20 in the horizontal direction.
3.2.2 The calibration of the luminance meter shall comply with the provisions of JJG 211.
