The current P-channel MOSFE T solution has low on-state power consumption, but the on-resistance is high when the power supply is lower than 2.5V. The SLG59M1470V is available in a 9-pin, 1.5 x 2.0 mm STDFN package. This device can switch power supplies below 1.0V. The on-resistance of the SLG59M1470V is 7.4 m?.
The SLG59M1460V is available in an 8-pin, 1.0 x 1.6 mm STDFN package. This device can switch 1.0V power. The on-resistance of the SLG59M1460V is 21.3 mΩ.
