Recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine conducted a spot check on the quality of LED control devices.
It is understood that this is the third batch of sampling inspections in 2017. A total of 35 batches of LED control devices produced by 35 enterprises in Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian and Guangdong provinces were sampled. The inspection results were generally good.
This spot check is mainly for measures to prevent accidental contact with live parts of LED control devices, protection grounding devices, moisture and insulation, dielectric strength, abnormal conditions, structure, creepage distance and clearance, screws, current-carrying parts and connections. Parts, heat, fire and resistance to tracking, corrosion resistance and other quality inspection, according to GB 19510.1-2009 "light control device part 1: general requirements and safety requirements", GB19510.14-2009 "light control device Part 14: Special requirements for DC or AC electronic control devices for LED modules, etc., are judged by the requirements of the standard.
The results showed that the spot check found that except for the 2 batches of product abnormal state items that did not meet the standards, the rest were good, as follows:
