Project Introduction

Hangzhou Yintai City (Chengxi Yintai City) is an urban complex project developed by Yintai Land. It is the first office building in Hangzhou approved by BOMA. It is located in Gongshu District of Hangzhou City and is one of the important shopping and leisure commercial facilities in Hangzhou. The total construction area is about 400,000 square meters. It consists of high-rise modern buildings and low-rise commercial buildings, squares, and air leisure parks. The shopping mall is partially constructed with a combination of inner and outer streets. Among them, the top part of the lighting has reached more than 80,000 square meters, which is the highest in Asia. Architectural night lighting, especially the decorative lighting of the lighting roof, plays a very important role in the commercial atmosphere of Yintai City.

The lighting roof can introduce natural light into the room, and can break the restraint and restraint of the enclosed space, making visitors more comfortable and close to nature. The role of the lighting roof is similar to that of the ancient building. People perceive blue sky and white clouds and starlight through the patio, so we used the "sky" as the design inspiration in the lighting design of the Yintai City in the west of the city. Expect to give customers a similar feeling. The design uses advanced lighting technology to simulate the thousands of changes in the sky to meet the changing needs of the indoor shopping space. Guided by the lighting concept of “natural simplicity, atmospheric fashion”, we strive to achieve the best results.

In order to realize the design concept, we arranged LED dyeing lamps on the outer ring of the zenith to illuminate the top steel structure and galvanized steel to create a unified overall lighting atmosphere. A custom panel light is installed in the glass section to simulate the effect of sunlight transmission. The point source installed on the steel structure node can control the simulated starry sky changes, and can also form some simple patterns to activate the space atmosphere. The bright and transparent, varied and colorful domes reflect the high-end architectural tastes of the city, which are impressive and lingering.
