Taiwan's Hsinchu City plans to replace LED smart street lights for 3 years

Hsinchu City has implemented the “2012 LED Street Light Demonstration City Plan”. The project is expected to be completed by the end of June. A total of 7432 traditional energy-consuming mercury lamps will be replaced as LED-type street lamps for each major road and roadway. As for the 2013 plan, it is in the process of being targeted. Change 8000 street lights.

Bai Jiansheng advocates the policy of Hsinchu City to promote the smart and lively city. He said that the intelligent monitoring of the street lighting software platform remote control system can adjust the single lamp or lamp group mode according to the needs, and the extended application can be expanded after the national standardization. It is used in road conditions, traffic monitoring, etc. It is currently installed in international cities such as Prague and Shanghai, and it is effective in dimming, fault prediction and leakage returns at night.
