The packaging, assembly and production base of LED lighting fixtures of Harbin Xinbei Optoelectronic Equipment Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan was settled in Nangang Industrial Park of Hanan Industrial New City. The project is the first large-scale LED industrialization base with three core LED technologies and a complete package production line in the three northeastern provinces. It is expected to be completed and put into use in 2013. It is estimated that after the completion of production, the annual output value will reach more than 1.5 billion yuan.
