The size of the parasitic inductance makes it possible to select the capacitor element more reasonably in use. Since the inductance of the parasitic inductance is small, mostly nH level, most of the LCR bridges cannot measure the parasitic inductance of the capacitor itself. In order to accurately measure the parasitic inductance, a measurement method using the self-resonance principle is described, and the DDS sweeping technology can be used to quickly complete the measurement of the parasitic inductance. The measurement method is simple and accurate, and will be suitable for most applications.
