In view of the impact of the automotive sheet metal painting process on the environment, it is still important to improve the grinding dust treatment equipment in a timely manner. In response to market demand, our company has launched a control system for the collection of grinding dust.

The control system adopts the GOME all-in-one machine EX3G-70KHA-44MT-2AD2DA-A4-A0, and the frequency converter adopts GOME CM540-7.5K.

2. Function introduction:

This system mainly uses PLC and human-machine interface to coordinate the relevant action logic of the control system. Compared with the traditional system, this system has several major functional improvements:

2. The PID algorithm of PLC is used to control the frequency converter, which reduces the occurrence of bad power consumption to the greatest extent on the basis of energy saving and environmental protection.

3. The control process is optimized to realize automatic standby when the station utilization rate is low, and increase the power output when the station utilization rate peaks to realize an automatic power management.
