The LT3757 is a wide input voltage range, current mode DC/DC controller that produces positive or negative output voltages. It can be configured as a boost, flyback, SEPIC or negative output converter. Drive a low-side external N-channel power MOSFET from an internal 7.2V regulated supply. The fixed frequency, current mode architecture enables stable operation over a wide range of supply voltages and output voltages.

The LT3757's operating frequency can be set with an external resistor (settable from 100kHz to 1MHz) and can be synchronized to an external clock using the SYNC pin. With a low minimum operating supply voltage (2.9V) and a low shutdown quiescent current (<1μA), the LT3757 is ideal for battery-powered systems.

The LT3757 features soft start and frequency foldback to limit inductor current during startup and output shorts.
