Every household needs electricity, so do you feel that the number of power outages is getting smaller and smaller? This has a lot to do with the widespread use of live working technology.
1. What is live working?First come to an intuitive picture
Live working, as the name suggests, is to carry out line operations without power failure.
This is a difficult technical job. So, what are the doorways in this?
2. How many years has the live working experience been?China's live working technology started in the 1950s.
At the time, Anshan, the largest steel base in China, lost a lot of power. In order to solve the contradiction of normal maintenance of the line and no power outage, a kind of "no power failure maintenance technology" came into being.
3. What requirements do you need to meet for live working?Weather: It should be carried out under good weather conditions. In case of lightning (to hear thunder, see lightning), snow, shovel, rain, fog, etc., it is forbidden to carry out live work. When the wind is greater than 5, or the humidity is greater than 80%, it is not suitable for live working.
Personnel: Requires participation in training and is approved to be employed.
Technology: Live working technology requires research on high-voltage electrostatic fields, DC ion current electric fields, electromagnetic induction, electrostatic shielding, and physiological responses of the human body under the influence of electric fields, magnetic fields, and currents, as well as various thresholds.
4. What are the working methods for live working?According to the operation method, there are three kinds of live working operations: ground potential operation, intermediate potential operation, and equipotential operation.
Working principle of ground potential operation: The operator keeps the same potential of the human body and the earth (or the tower), and contacts the charged body through the insulating tool. The relationship between the human body and the charged body: the earth (pole tower) → insulation tool → charged body.
Equipotential operation principle: The operator maintains the same potential as the charged body (wire). At this time, the relationship between the human body and the charged body is: charged body (human body) → insulator → earth (pole tower).
5. What is the difference between live working and power outage?(1) The requirements for safety distance are required. The live working can only sit and the hand can't stretch too high.
(2) The operator's own protection requirements are high.
(3) High requirements for weather.
(4) Differences in work tools. Metal power tools such as wire ropes and reverse chains can be used for power outage maintenance. Insulation, protective equipment such as insulated ropes, insulated booms, and shielding suits must be used for live working.
6. Which general bureau materials should be used for live working?Insulating materials for making live working tools must have excellent electrical properties, high mechanical strength, light weight, low water absorption, ageing resistance, and ease of processing.
At present, the insulating materials used in live working in China are roughly as follows: 3240 epoxy phenolic glass cloth board and polyvinyl chloride board, polyethylene board, polypropylene, natural rubber, artificial rubber, etc. in engineering plastics.
It sounds complicated, let's take a look at the picture. Take the live working of ±660 kV DC line as an example.
Upper left: ± 660 kV DC transmission line live working potential transfer bar.
Bottom left: ± 660 kV DC transmission line with live working hydraulics.
Right: ±660 kV DC transmission line with live working shielding clothing.
In addition to the above, the different working voltages of the transmission lines of different voltage levels are different.
